I used G4HadronPhysicsQGSP_BIC_AllHP physics list in Hadr03 example for 18 MeV proton impinging on water enriched with 18O. When I looked at the reaction list, I found here many strange reactions, which dont even preserve the baryon preservation law. Here is small example:

G4HadronPhysicsQGSP_BIC_AllHP does not conserve baryon number event by event, but only in average (i.e. for a growing number of events), see Users Guide. There is no channel by channel cross sections measured for charged particles (except for very few isotopes), so the database only constinas p+X cross sections. If you want to force event by event baryon number conservation (with enviromental variable , Geant4 will artificially create baryons, but then they will not be conserved in average.
