I have used G4-10.7.1 for simulating NaI(Tl) and CsI(Tl) detector response including optical transport of scintillation photons followed by the pulse height generation for incident gamma energies ranging from 30 keV to 1.5 MeV.
I am wondering whether the results will be valid with G4-11.4.0 or I have to repeat everything.

Geant4 explicitly does not guarantee numerical reproducibility across versions. Moving from 10.7.1 → 11.4.0 is a major-version change, and both EM and optical physics were updated. For scintillation detectors with optical photon transport, those updates can change spectra, light yield, and resolution.

Yes but the light yield, decay times and their spectra are provided as input. The energy deposition spectrum does not look to change as only gammas are scored in my work with detector.
