Hello everyone,
I am a beginner in Geant4, and I am working on cell dosimetry in biological wells. The constructed geometry is as shown in the figure, cells (red spheres) randomly positioned at the bottom of a well (black rectangle) filled in water (Blue rectangle).
The first problem is how to not have overlaps between the water and the cells?
Second problem, in two separate simulations, how is it possible to emit source particles that are emitted just from the water volume and not the spheres (cells), but also the inverse, which means source particles originated from the cells and not from the water volume?
