Hello Geant4 users, i tried to have the thin and thick yield using Geant4 and Talys code, but i have a problem using talys after i wrote this in the terminal:
talys < talys.inp > talys.out
i got: talys command is not found.
please any one can help me with that ?
This is not really a question for the Geant4 forum. Talys is a separate nuclear reaction program, the latest version being Talys-1.96. The source code must be downloaded, compiled and installed on your machine. See the website TENDL-2021 nuclear data library for more information.

I have had Talys-1.96 installed on my machine (Fedora Linux) for a couple of years. The link I posted above now redirects to TALYS . It has the latest versions (Talys-2.0 and 1.97) and earlier versions as well as a lot of other useful programs, a Web GUI so you do not even have to install Talys, a tutorial, links to a video recorded course and additional information. As I said earlier, this is not really a good question for Geant4 forum. If you still have trouble installing Talys, you should direct questions to the authors of the code.
