Transmission through MPO at low energies

Hi,

I have a general question about the available physics lists. Is it possible to simulate transmission of low-energy particles through micropore optics, including surface scattering and secondary electron emission in Geant4? By low-energy, I mean the impact energy of protons from 100 eV up to a few tens of keV at grazing incident angles. Geant4 has been used for MPO modeling at high energies, but could it also be applied to low energies? Are there Physics Lists available that capture the physics at the energy range of a few hundred eV?
