Trying to add libraries to Geant4

I’m trying to add some libraries, the ones in this link GEANT 4 Libraries, to Geant4. I don’t really know the steps. The libraries are of a neutron package, specifically NeutronHP package, if I understood correctly. Can anyone help? Thank you in advance
