—I am facing issue with visualization. Initially it was working fine but now it shows geometry output like appended image. My actual geometry is a box phantom. The behavior is also same for built in examples. Any idea how to rectify this issue

I am not family with WSL, I have not seen this symptom. But you say,“Initially it was working fine,” so what has gone wrong? I can only suggest you re-install everything.
Also, as you probably realise, 10.7 is several years old. It should still work, but we are now on 11.1.
Are you using Qt?

I’m using OGL, and it seems like there might be memory issues with the PC rather than GEANT4. When I restart the PC, it works well, but after a while, the problem resurfaces.
