It would seem you are trying to run remotely and export an X session from a server.

I googled the invalid cookie error on Stack Exchange. It turned up: ssh - "Invalid MIT-MAGIC-COOKIE-1 key" when trying to run program remotely - Unix & Linux Stack Exchange

There are about 10 solutions there. Hopefully one of them will work for you. (You might want to talk to your local X wizard there. They may be able to identify which is the best solution for you.)
