Error code 500 when example B1 run

Dear All
I install geant4 without any error but when I compile example B1 and run it the following massage come out:
error code : 500

but I install Geant4 in Ubuntu 22.04.2 LTS not in windows

Did you install Geant4 with OpenGL support?
