I have run into issues relating to the SetCut-options in Geant4 11, as they are described in an earlier post. The difference to my case is that I have written the PL myself instead of using Livermore/etc.
The issue being that lower energycuts I set end up being ignored/overwritten (be it via macro or in the code). Since the commands used work as I had expected in Geant4 10.7.3, I suspect this to be a bug - please let me know if it is otherwise.
